Our extensive findings confirm that economically empowered women are better able to tackle domestic violence and also lead others out of this traumatic problem better than less economically endowed women. Consequently, MZWO will continue to transform the socially and economically disadvantaged women and girls into productive members of society thru entrepreneurship training.                                                                     <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>OUR MISSION<\/h2>\n\n<p>To improve the lives of women and Youths in marginalized rural communities through education, health, economic empowerment and social amenities. Human Rights Education is integrated in all our educational programs. Though independent of each other, the two departments operate interdependently.                                  There is a board chair, a vice, general  secretary, financial secretary, marketing and public image, legal and projects and general matters.
